USER AGREEMENT (This is a translation of origenal)

These rules are required for reading and execution by all persons registered in the system.

By creating an account on the system, the user (player) agrees that he is familiar with these rules, fully understands and accepts them. Consent of the player with the rules is a prerequisite to start using the system.

These rules may be modified administration of the system unilaterally with obligatory notification of the players through an internal news system and / or e-mail. If the changes take effect, the new rules do not suit the player, the player must immediately leave the system.

In case of violation or suspicion of violation of these rules, the player's account may be limited in functionality or blocked by the system administration. Accounts are blocked without warning.

All registration data transmitted by the player to the system, such as: login, password, name, surname, phone numbers, e-mail addresses and others - are confidential and not subject to disclosure to third parties, except as provided by the Privacy Policy.

Only capable persons are accepted for registration in the system. Persons under the age of 18 must register and leave personal information only with the consent of the parent (guardian).

It is allowed to register only one account for one computer, for one family, for one phone number, for one bank account, for one individual. This means that if several members of the same family play in the system, they must use the same account. This also means that only one account can be registered from one computer, even if this computer is used by different people.

When registering an account, the player is assigned a username and password, which are the access key to the player's account. The safety of the username and password is entirely the responsibility of the player. The administration of the system is not responsible for access to the player's account by third parties, if the player loses his username and password.

If the player for any reason has forgotten the username and / or password, he can use the password reminder function.

The player has the right to play the game, presented in the system. The player is solely responsible for taking part in any game.

The administration system is not responsible for player participation in certain games, if such participation would violate or may violate the laws of the jurisdiction of the player. Taking part in the game, the player is solely responsible to the laws of its jurisdiction.

The system is not a tax agent in relation to the player. The burden of paying taxes rests solely with the player in accordance with the laws of his jurisdiction.

The use of any auxiliary software (software), as well as robots (bots) when playing games in the system is strictly prohibited.

A game by prior agreement of two or more persons is strictly prohibited. A game by prior conspiracy is the game of two or more players coordinating their game at the gaming table in order to gain an advantage over other players. The administration reserves the right to block the accounts of participants of such games, to take a fine in the form of gaming points or the game status of the user, in the amount determined by the administration of the project.

Entering the game, the player agrees with the rules of the game and agrees to perform them unswervingly.

The administration system is not responsible for the moral, material and any other harm caused to the user in connection with the use of the system.

When paying for services, the player assumes all costs associated with processing payments, which are formed due to the presence of commissions of payment systems.

The system is not responsible for the occurrence of any errors, including resulting loss and / or moral damage to the player.

By registering in the system, the player agrees that regular newsletters of the system will be sent to his e-mail address.

The system administration has the right to check the player's game, registration and other information transmitted by the player in the system for compliance with these rules.

In the event of a dispute, as well as in situations not-approved these rules, the decision is taken by the administration of the system alone and is not appealable.

The administration system may refuse to play any player at any time without explanation.

Player in its sole discretion has the right to terminate its participation in the system at any time. To terminate participation in the player is obliged to notify the administration of the system. Participation in the system is considered to be terminated from the moment of sending the player to the administration of a notice by e-mail.
